How do I make Internet Explorer open new windows at once on the screen?

Sometimes you start to notice that Internet Explorer opens a new window, not the entire screen and you have to perform extra steps to deploy a new window on the screen.

In order for the new windows were cut off immediately on the screen start Internet Explorer, then open a new window by pressing Ctrl + N or File menu, select New Window. Close the parent window of Internet Explorer. Next, adjust the size of the new window, then close it. The dimensions that you set are saved.
Now when you start Internet Explorer, or open a new window, IE, will open a window as large as you specify.
