Preparation:
In a pan heat the olive oil. Finely chop the onion, put in a pan and fry until transparent. Finely chop the garlic and add to the onions.
Since tomato peel and finely chop and add to the onions. Pour 150 ml of water, add salt, add the dried basil. Close the lid and a little put out a lot. Then put the mussels, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Squid cut into circles and place in pan. Place the shrimp, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes - the sauce is ready. Cook the pasta al dente, drain the water.
Put the pasta in a dish, pour the sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and garnish the dish with caviar and fresh basil leaves. Serve.
