How did forced abortion in China

The City of Ankang in Shaanxi Province in China apologized to the woman, which was produced by forced abortion. Three officials involved in this, suspended from work. On the eve of the Internet have pictures of this woman, whose name is Feng Tszyanmey, and the aborted fetus.

She was forced to have an abortion at seven months pregnant, said the local administration, which conducted the investigation.

In China, abortion is prohibited after the sixth month of pregnancy.

As reported by Xinhua, the government took the decision to remove from the work of the three officials in the district Chzhenpin on the results of the preliminary investigation. They also urged the district authorities to review existing measures of family planning.

Feng Tszyanmey, whose 27 years, was forcibly taken to a city hospital on June 2, where she underwent surgery. According to Chinese press reports, she suffered a trauma and is in serious condition.

The county Chzhenpin argued that the woman consented to have an abortion because the law she had no right to the birth of her second child. She has a daughter, born in 2007.

However, the Chinese human rights activists argue that women have an abortion because she was not able to pay the penalty for a second child.

Human rights groups have long argued that the official policy is to limit the birth rate in China, known as the "one family, one child," has led to numerous cases of forced abortion. Authorities in Beijing have always rejected the accusation.

"The Case of Feng Tszyanmey shows how the one-child policy is used to violence against women every day" - said Chai Ling, a member of China's human rights organization All Girls Allowed, based in the United States.

This group has already talked with Feng and her husband Dan Tsziyuanem after surgery. According to Dan, his wife was forcibly taken to the hospital before surgery and it made it impossible to move.

Correspondent BBC BBC in Shanghai Saduort John says that these accusations are not new in China, but in this case attracted the attention of the public photos of the injured woman lying near the body of an aborted baby. These pictures have caused outrage among Internet users.

As reported by Agence France-Presse, one of the comments on the Chinese website netease.com says: "We are told that this made the Japanese devils and the Nazis. But it's really going on, and it is not the only case. These officials should be put to death."

In May this year a prominent Chinese human rights activist Chen Guangcheng, who was placed under house arrest for speaking out against forced abortion, he emigrated to the United States.
