How to cook chicken in breadcrumbs

The best side dish - all the familiar cucumber salad and tomatoes. The process of breading is not such a complicated and lengthy, it may sound. Having filled out his hand for a couple of times, you will use this method more than imagine.
Fried chicken in breadcrumbs
2 chicken fillets
2 eggs
100 g of flour
100g breadcrumbs
50 g of butter

Bread crumbs are available in almost all stores. Choose the best ones, where the composition of nothing but flour, water, salt and yeast. If you want to make breadcrumbs at home, just chop the stale bread to the desired state.
